By using XClipsX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

1. Adults only

This website is intended solely for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. By entering you declare that you are an adult and that viewing adult material is legal where you are.

2. Nature of the service

XClipsX is a discovery and indexing service. We do not host, upload or stream any video. We display titles, thumbnails and metadata provided by partner platforms through authorized feeds and APIs; when you select a video you are redirected to the provider that hosts it, subject to that provider's own terms.

3. Third-party content

Partner providers declare that all persons depicted were at least 18 years old at the time of production and gave their consent. Records required by applicable law (e.g. 18 U.S.C. §2257) are kept by the respective producers and providers. We also apply automated filters that exclude content with indicators of minors or lack of consent.

4. Reports and removal

If you believe content infringes your rights or the law, use the Content Removal form. Reported content is suspended as a precaution while it is reviewed.

5. Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual or otherwise illegal content. Any such report is handled with priority and, where required, forwarded to the competent authorities.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
